I want to thank the amazing staff at Radience Med Spa for their excellent customer service! I had botox back in October and it started wearing off in a very short period of time. I came in and expressed my concern over the strength of the product to Renee and Terri the nurse. They both were very apologetic and happy to rectify the problem. Terri decided to inject Xeomin in case my body was becoming immune to the effects of Botox. I got great results and truly appreciated her willingness to correct the problem without charging me more. The staff is always friendly, helpful and eager to provide excellent care each time I come in. Thank you for making my holiday so happy! I will always recommend your spa to everyone I know! Keep up the great service, Woodbury is lucky to have an amazing spa like Radience Med Spa!
