Teri has been a registered nurse for 5 years. She provides injectable services and is educated in facial anatomy, which is essential for providing the best and safest possible care. She has had training in injecting neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin) and a variety of dermal fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse and Restylane). She is passionate about providing a personal and holistic experience for all clients with attention given to answering questions that clients may have. Teri has a comforting demeanor and enjoys teaching clients about services that she provides. Teri specializes in injectable services, chemical peels, lasers, and Visia facial analysis.
Teri is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday.

Renee is a 2005 graduate of The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona, with advanced training in both chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments. She then enhanced her education with training in Palomar Lasers and Alma Lasers for various treatments, including hair removal, sun damage and vascular issues such as rosacea, facial redness and broken capillaries. Renee has advanced training and certifications in many skin care lines, including Skin Ceuticals, Skin Medica, Obagi, and Vivite, as well as certifications in Skin Medica peels, the VI peel and the Obagi Blue peel.
Each individual is unique; therefore, there is no single treatment that is perfect for everyone. Renee enjoys working closely with each client in order to create a customized treatment plan by choosing from a variety of options that will fit their needs and achieve the results they are looking for.
She welcomes the challenge that every client brings. The client's satisfaction that is achieved from the services provided is truly rewarding to her.

Miya graduated from the Esthiology program at the Carsten Institute of Tempe, Arizona in 2002. Upon completion of her degree, she also received advanced product training from Obagi, Skin Ceuticals, Skin Medica, Vivite and Jane Iredale, as well as training in the use of Alma Laser Technology, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Pixel Laser Resurfacing, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Eyebrow Shaping and more. Miya also graduated from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 2003 and continues to undergo training in Heated Stone Massage, Deep Tissue and Abdominal Massage. Miya strives to achieve successful results in the most relaxing way possible.

Ashley graduated from Globe College with a certification in Massage Therapy, as well as from the National Laser Institute in 2007. She continued her training to graduate from the Aesthetics Program at Saint Paul College in 2010, and joined the staff at Radiance Medspa shortly after.

Danyel's passion for skincare developed in 2002 while working in the fashion industry in New York City. It was there that she realized beauty and health go hand in hand.
Danyel moved back to Minnesota to receive her license in Aesthetics from Scot Lewis School of Beauty as well as advanced training through the prestigious International Dermal Institute and St. Paul College. This has led her to a career in Medical Aesthetics.
Danyel has received advanced product training from Obagi, Skin Ceuticals, Eminence Organics and Jane Iredale, as well as training in Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermalblading, Waxing, Eyelash Tinting and Skin Tight.
Danyel loves working one on one with her clients to develop a customized treatment plan that will make them be and feel their best inside and out.
Danyel is currently undergoing education to receive her post graduate diploma.

Jean is a graduate of St. Paul Technical College in 2000 with a license in Estheiology .
Jean gained extensive experience working in a full service salon and spa environment, doing facials, body treatments, waxing and microderm treatments.
She started working with lasers in 2005, doing foto facials, microderms, LHR and has expanded her training on many different lasers, doing skin rejuvenation, hair removal, body contouring, profractional and micro peels, LamProbe, Peels, and more. She also has been educated in many different skin care lines including Skin Ceuticals, Eminence, Vivite, Jane Iredale, and Obagi.

She has furthered her education with advanced product training in Obagi, Skin Ceuticals, Neocutis, Eminence and Jane Iredale mineral makeup. Kelsey has broadened her education in medical procedures such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermal blading and skin tightening.
Kelsey enjoys making others look and feel better about themselves on a daily basis. Whether its a hot stone massage or microdermabrasion, she enjoys getting results and addressing her clients needs.
